DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Damage During Shipping: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before leaving our warehouse however we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us at directly and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation.

REFUND POLICY
Nature's Highway stands behind all of our products and we are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience. If you need to return your unopened/unused purchase for any reason, you may do so within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to be processed.
If your product is defective in any way, please alert us within 7 days of purchase and we will be glad to replace the item with the same product or one of equal/greater value (at Nature's Highway's sole discretion) at no cost to you.
